• Transactions within the App are processed via Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
• Property Trades does not store, process, or have access to users’ financial data related to in-app transactions.
• Any refund, dispute, or chargeback must be handled directly through the respective app store’s support system.

5. Data Retention & Security

a. Retention Policy

• The Company retains User Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required under applicable laws.
• Upon termination of your account, we may retain certain data for compliance, audit, and legal obligations.

• The Company is not liable for any loss of data, account breaches, or security failures resulting from user negligence, outdated software, or third-party interference.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Property Trades is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Service disruptions, including crashes, bugs, or security breaches.
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence or compromised credentials.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property Trades against any claims, legal disputes, or damages related to their use of the platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Updates shall be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Services shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
