We may receive information from third parties, including business partners, financial institutions, government authorities, or verification service providers, in connection with property transactions, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
2. Purpose of Data Collection and Usage
The Company collects and processes User Information for the following purposes:
- To facilitate property transactions, including but not limited to buying, selling, renting, or leasing of real estate properties.
- To verify user identities, prevent fraudulent activities, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- To send transactional emails, updates, alerts, and service-related communications.

4. In-App Purchases & App Store Compliance
- Transactions within the App are processed via Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
- Property Trades does not store, process, or have access to users’ financial data related to in-app transactions.
- Any refund, dispute, or chargeback must be handled directly through the respective app store’s support system.
5. Data Retention & Security
a. Retention Policy
- The Company retains User Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required under applicable laws.
- Upon termination of your account, we may retain certain data for compliance, audit, and legal obligations.
b. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect User Information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These include:

Failure to grant any of the above permissions may result in limited functionality within the platform.

7. User Rights & Choices

- You may request deletion of your User Information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

8. No Liability for Third-Party Services
- The Platform may contain links to third-party Platforms.

- Property Trades is not responsible for data collection, processing, or actions taken by these third-party providers.

9. Children’s Privacy
- The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we shall take appropriate steps to delete the data.
10. No Liability for Technical Issues & Device Compatibility
- Property Trades does not guarantee that the Platform will function without interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities on all devices and operating systems.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their device meets minimum system requirements and is free from malware or unauthorized modifications.
- The Company is not liable for any loss of data, account breaches, or security failures resulting from user negligence, outdated software, or third-party interference.
11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Property Trades is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Service disruptions, including crashes, bugs, or security breaches.
- Unauthorized access due to user negligence or compromised credentials.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property Trades against any claims, legal disputes, or damages related to their use of the platform.
12. Amendments & Updates to this Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Updates shall be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Services shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Termination of Access
- Property Trades reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts without notice if there is a violation of these Terms.
- Users may voluntarily delete their accounts through in-app settings or by contacting support@propertytrades.com.
